I've visited this place for the first time today and have been served by a gentleman. Right away I felt quite uncomfortable and rushed as this person spoke in a short and abrupt manner. Not the best experience definitely.

Such friendly staff.. but please don't keep asking me if I want a lotto.. I will buy one when I want to. Sometimes I want to buy one but when they ask I say no...

Awful customer service and possibly frauded by the cashier !My dad went to purchase a lottery worth 21.9 and gave the man 52 dollars to avoid too many coins. However, the man consist that my dad only gave him 51 dollars and given a bad attitude. Dad doesn't speak English but he can clearly tell from the man's tone and body language.It's not about a dollar. This potentially leads to fraud of your employee !This taken place at ten past nine yesterday morning, looking forward for a reply from the shop owner.

Staff where friendly, nice range of cards and other items to purchase, ashame the line gets so large it goes out of the store, maybe could invest in some automatic machine that people can use to purchase their lotto, or advertise that they can use the lotto app. Purchasing one card birthday card took me over 10 minutes
