I have just finished an Intuitive Eating course with Monique and I am completely blown away by the positive impact it's had on my life already. My perspective around food, exercise and body image has completely shifted and I now feel equipped to live a truly healthy life, physically and mentally. Monique has a beautiful way about her and an ability to guide and nurture you through the amazing journey that is Intuitive Eating. I would recommend her to anyone who is looking for a passionate, knowledgeable and supportive dietitian. She was born to do this work.

Monique has offered me amazing support over the last year while I worked through the principles of Intuitive eating. I actually didn't think I would be able to say that I have a healthy relationship with food. Which is all I have ever wanted.  I remember being so obsessed with food but so confused at the same time and didn't think I would ever be where I am today. Monique helped me to be more aware and reflective regarding my body and hunger cues. I honestly do believe that I will never be on a diet or track my food again.Monique helped free me from the hold that food had over me!

So glad I got to know Mon through her Personal Training work and then came for a consultation at The Intuitive Dietitian Clinic! Life changing. So simple, really just taking things back to basics and taking the emotions out of food - my consult dealt with my children's fussy eating but I also learnt a tonne and Mon continues to be so helpful.
