The caravan and RV aftermarket industry is full of cowboys ... not these guys!We needed new solar panels installed, a near impossible task near the Christmas holiday period. After looking around, we spoke to Duncan, who clearly explained what he would do, why he would do it that way, and what products he would use to give a superior outcome.On a gut feeling, I trusted him, and he has not let us down.J & D Caravans is a family business deserving of high regard.If you need products or services for your caravan ... look no further.

Duncan, Jane and their team were absolutely fantastic fitting my boat trailer to their workshop for an emergencyrepair. We had been stranded in the middle of nowhere and the tow truck took us to Gympie. Luckily I found them and their Workshop Technician Troy was very accessible and helpful. Hands up and I couldn't recommend them enough. Their highly experienced and passionate mechanics cover a wide range of repairs for not only caravans but also trailers and horse floats.

Paid $1700 and waited 3 months for 4 zippers to be replaced on our pop top caravan. Picked it up and when they put the canvas back in they used the old rusted screws and didn’t mention a tear in the corner. For that money you figure someone would A call and inform you since they have had it all this time or even better B patch it while it was there… I guess you just don’t get what you pay for anymore.Do we give them a chance to rectify the screws and patch and possibly wait another 3 months??

I'm traveling Australia, and l was so appreciative to be able to book in. Others at Sunshine Coast business's said I'd have a 2 month wait list.Such a great caravan service was completed here. The customer service from both the office & the boys working in the workshop was fantastic.Highly recommended if in Gympie.
