After many others have tried unsuccessfully, Abdul of Hans Electronics, Goonellabah, has successfully found and fixed the problem with the Air conditioner controls in my historic Mazda MX5. He found a 'dry' connection for a tiny diode awkwardly buried in a nearly impossible to reach place and he replaced it. Excellent!! a 10 week headache for me now fixed! Abdul is trained and experienced in electronics generally and also automotive electronics.I highly recommend him

Our 55 LG OLED TV recently developed a fault

My 10 month old LG tv died and LG directed me to Hans Electrical. Abdul took care of things from start to finish, he was kind, professional, and I promptly got my tv repaired and returned. The woman in the office answering the phone and setting up appointments was fantastic as well. I would not hesitate for a minute to request the services of Hans electrical in the future. After contacting LG customer service with the problem relating to my microwave I contacted Hans' Goonellabah. I was pleased that after explaining that this product was out of the warranty period I was offered to have it checked and they would advise if it was worth paying for repair.My experience was worth me writing this review as the gentleman who served me checked the replacement costs and gave me a cost of repair and with no pressure let me make a completely informed decision.I collected my machine while I was still visiting locally a few hours later.Fantastic service, highly recommend this company.

I’m so happy to write this review for Az and Sam of Hans electronics. I bought a tv and sound system at good guys and there was initially some confusion for me about what I’d paid for in terms of installing the tv and setting up the speakers. After the initial visit the tv was mounted but I did it understand the system and things weren’t working, also I wasn’t happy with the position of the tv and the sound bar. I called Az and explained things to him and I was pleasantly surprised and relieved by how polite and reassuring he was. He ended up coming out himself with Sam and they spent a long time getting things just perfect and Az spent extra time setting things up and explaining it all to me. So now I feel so happy with my set up and incredibly grateful to Az and Sam for their time and patience. Az is a very kind man also, I’m going through some difficult times and he showed care and gave me some good advice! Much more than I expected from an electronics company. I can’t recommend this company and its staff enough and would say you’re in very good hands should you book them to do your installation. Thanks Az and Sam!

Our TV decided not to work over the weekend. As it was under extended warranty I spoke with Hans Electronic Services on Monday morning. He came out on Tuesday afternoon and replaced both boards in the TV. The TV now works perfectly. The service was excellent and he was extremely friendly and helpful. I would certainly recommend this service.

Our tcl TV suddenly has no sound and because it's under warranty the technician from Hans came and put the mother board to my TV. Sam was friendly and he worked fast. Very recommended
