One of the office staff harassed me every single imvoice for years to pay the bill ....which I had not yet received !every time she made contact We had the same stupid conversation, and I reminded her repeatedly that I would pay it when I received it. It Was very annoying and very unprofessional. when I called them out on this, they told me I was rude, despite having had a lovely relationship with the installer and a technician for years. When I said, I would give a bad review, they threatened to sue me in court. I told them I have a right to freedom of speech. They were not willing to address their own behaviour at all, despite my repeated complaints. .

Highly recommend these guys for commercial installs. Their technicians were very knowledgable with providing the answers to our specific requirements. Very happy with their flexibility and professionalism.Quality above all, I would highly recommend Eastlakes Security & Controls for their level of service and friendly approach.
