Very rude staff member at the deli girl with short red hairI am a local of this woolworths and a staff memeber of a woolworths in NSW I ordered a family Favourites platter for the 8th of April for Easter sat with family a week and a half before the dateShe tried to send me to the other woolworths saying that it was the other one when I came in there and ordered it myself saying she had no orders nor was it done and kept arguing with me saying I must of ordered the other Woolworths she finally gave up in arguing and made it in 10 mins no sorry and apologies we're given obviously I was stressed as I needed it for the day and how hard was it to make when it was quick to make if you are putting the prices up of the platters make sure the service is good with it.I would of been shot if we did this at my woolworths

This morning, I went to exchange the new coins that were released today. However, the lady at the counter informed that they didn't have the new coins yet, despite seeing many people who had already exchanged them earlier in the day. I specifically went early in the morning for this purpose. Unfortunately, they didn't demonstrate a kind or helpful attitude towards their work and the customer service was lacking. Even when I returned later in the day, the same lady only exchanged 2 coins for me. This kind of service is very disappointing, especially considering that they were aware of what the customers needed but still displayed a poor attitude.The two old ladies who work in the counter this morning need to understand their work responsibilities especially when customers kindly request their needs with their right!!

Good parking. Not a metro, this is nearly a full size Woolies. Remember to keep your $10+ receipt for the 2hrs free parking!!Some fun restaurants nearby, Awesome Pokebowl shop across the courtyard too :-)The liquor shop here is just generic, so you can't use the Woolies discount coupons there.
