The most rude and irresponsible tradies i have ever seen. Just there on internet and sending their flyers to put on fridges only to rip off people. Overcharged me for a non emergency service in Dee Why. $650 for a new ordinary ceiling fan with remote. Upon requesting the descriptive invoice, Steve was rude and refused to send me the invoice and never answer my phone call again or revert back. Never use their services. This company is black spot tradies. Writing this review to aware others on Northern Beaches.

Steve is a lovely bloke who made our kitchen work easy. He also helped me find a brilliant plumber - Wild Water Plumbing. Excellent stuff.

We found Electric Express through a google search for emergency electricians after our circuit breaker kept tripping at night. Max was able to guide me over the phone to restore power to our fridge for the evening until proper repairs could be carried out the next day. He was so polite and helpful. Thank you Max

I have needed a lot of electrical work done on an Early 1900s heritage home, and after going through 3 other electricians (with poor workmanship and /or ad hoc responsiveness) I have found Electric Express far superior in terms of knowledge and quality. A few items appeared pricey but it was because of the quality fittings being offered and I would much rather that than have it fail in a few years or installed incorrectly. Their responsiveness is amazing - I barely have time to worry before they are here. They have a great notification system too - the customer Service is really flawless. I have met Max, Konrad as well as Steve, and they were all really top notch electricians.

The team of electricians who came and worked on several jobs for us were great. They were hard working, efficient, easy to talk to, professional, did good problem solving, and tidied up well after their work. I would highly recommend them.

I first met Steve when my daughter hired him over 4 years ago to fix the electricals in her house. My husband and I recently moved into a brand new apartment but unfortunately the power kept shorting out, even when we were out. Steve came out and replaced our circuit board and so far, so good, no power blowouts even with all appliances going. Thanks Steve.

We've been using Electric Express for over 4 years now. Everything from purchase through to installation and follow up maintenance has always impeccable. We would definitely recommend them to anyone.

Very prompt and friendly. Explained the problem well and taught me how to fix it should it occur again. Great to know there are people locally I can talk to. A bit pricey but maybe I am just out of touch.
