First of all I think the clinic looks great after recent renovations, it looks very clean and professional. I like the Vets - all friendly and helpful. Most of the nurses are also great, but I do find one a little off putting, always seems flustered or too busy and can be quite rude. I recently got a puppy and was disappointed to find out she was the teacher, I elected to chose another vet to go to. I think if you had some nicer staff members you'd be 5 star.

Our dog was attacked recently and was assessed at another vet for what needs to be done. Took him into this place to get a quote on how much it will cost for them to do the same work. We waited 45 mins for the vet to give us a quote and we received a bill after we got home (We were never told before hand there will be a charge and vet claimed they have done a full assessment after seeing the wound for 5 secs).We initialed agreed and settled on the charges on the phone but the vet changed his mind and still sent us to the debt collector.Watch out for this mob for any hidden charges and there are more honest vet around the corner!

They managed to squeeze the doggo in same day to check his his Dewclaw after a snap. Very nice friendly staff who are more than willing to accommodate! Highly recommend!

Vet nurses always remember me when I phone up to make appointments or ask questions. They go the extra mile to make your pet feel safe, including conducting consults in the car park for dogs who don't feel comfortable going inside. They've been our vet for several years now for multiple dogs and cats and I recommend them to every one.Convenient location with easy parking. Online booking system is very easy to use.

Everyone has been lovely towards our little puppy Pixie.She has two operations in a month time, one was due to a dog bite, another one from the nail infection, all of the vets, nurses and receptionists are very caring and professional.Well done team!!!

The staff here do an exceptionally good job at assisting pets. Very polite, kind, and I would highly recommend this vet to my family, friends and anyone looking for a vet in the area. Great facilities. They really care about pets as much as the owner does.
