Amazing service and variety here. Thank you so much to Huy for helping us out last week. We were able to get everything we needed for our bathroom and delivery was seamless.

Very bad service. Broken tiles arrived. Late delivery.Service in store was ok but after sale service was terrible. All things promised was not delivered as tiles arrived late and some arrived broken.The business demanded that I pick up (although I've paid for delivery) the tiles which were broken from the shop when they had more supply.They told me that their warehouse had stock which later on I found was not true. These guys purchase their tiles after the sale is made to the customer and hence the delay in tiles if supplier cannot deliver.Business is not trustworthy. Would never shop here again.

DO. NOT. BUY. HERE.TLDR: Quick to take your money, completely shocking service deal is done. Goods arrive damaged, all things they promise are in stock are not true. Their goods get delivered from a main supplier which they promise is on stock.This is going to be a long review of the events which occurred for me, so read on if you'd like to learn what their service is like. Otherwise TLDR is above.We bought $2000 worth of tiles and were promised a swift delivery within the same week. We were fair to provide them with approximately 5 days (bought Saturday, asked to be delivered Thurs/Friday) which they said was never going to be a problem. Come the day of delivery, called the shop to confirm time of delivery and the lady said the delivery would not arrive until at least Tuesday the week after. No heads up, no follow up. To top it off, they were annoyed at me for asking why the delivery was late. Complete attitude from the staff members, consistently cutting me off on the phone, sighing and ignoring my questions.Come Tuesday, only half of the tiles arrive, and the ones that do, 5 boxes are broken. The driver then had the audacity to ask me to drive back to the store and pick up the rest when they are ready. I have paid $120 for a late delivery with broken goods.When they were asked when the 2nd half of my order was going to arrive, they confirmed to me that it would be guaranteed to arrive in 2 days (Thursday). Come Thursday, they did not have this in stock and that it would take a few more days, plus additional days for delivery. My patience ran dry at this point, and we just swapped over the order to whatever similar tiles were available on site and we PICKED UP the order as we did not trust the driver nor the business.Each interaction with this business was excruciating and not once did they apologise for the delay, the damaged goods or their service. The delay in tiles meant I was out of pocket for my tiler as he was booked for specific days of the week but could not work due to lack of tiles.Please DO NOT shop here.

We are currently in the process of renovating part of a bathroom which requires us to match new tiles to an older style beige wall tile and a charcoal floor tile. The staff were friendly and provided suggestions (when asked) that worked well. Their prices were more than reasonable compared to other tiling companies and they provided free samples for us to take home to match against our existing tiles where they had stock.The end result would not have been the same without the knowledge of the staff here and their suggestions. We'll be back here for future projects.

Asal Homes buys all tiling materials from this store. All glue, floor grates, tile angles. The service is very good and price is reasonable. Keep up the good work team.RegardsImtaz

This is our second bathroom renovation utilising Bonnyrigg Tiles.
