Avoid dealing with Jason Truong.He was aggressive, abrasive, and down right nasty to my partner yesterday Jan 10th.She rang ahead to get some eye drops made for our son (which is what she has done for many months with no issues) she arrived at the pharmacy at approximately 1.5 hours later to pick up the script, and was told by Jason that he was not going to make it, and to come back some other time.She told him she can't because she's working and had come a long way, so needed to collect it.She advised that this had never been a problem before.Jason Truong proceeded to get aggressive, eventually made the eye drops then told my partner that he doesn't want her coming to the pharmacy ever again (basically denying treatment for our son, as they are the only compound chemist who can make his eye drops that is accessible for us) and handed back the prescriptions they had been holding for us.I guess it's ok to abuse customers who are regulars and give plenty of notice to get medicine made up, then tell them they don't want their business for daring to ask Jason to do his job.

Do not use this pharmacy. The first experience I had was them denying my partners script be filled without explaining why. After being pushed away and ignored by the male staff member I waited to talk to someone else. She explained to me that the script had apparently been dispensed and we would have to wait to get a refill. This was the first time we had been there, the script had not been dispensed, it took 15 minutes of me showing emails of when the script were approved and explaining we had never been there for them to realise they had made a mistake.My second experience was calling up to make sure they had medication in stock and having them put it aside for my partner. When I called to pay and organise a pick up I was told that it wasn't available and hadn't been in stock for a few week despite being told it was reserved for me.Their latest screw up is taking my order over the phone for delivery, taking card details for payment and then realising the script is from a Queensland doctor so they couldn't dispense it. Never mind the fact they have already dispensed from this doctor before, instead of telling the carer or patient about this they just forwarded the script and my card details to a random pharmacy I've never dealt with. We were contacted to say a medication was out of stock and given alternatives, I called Oxford to confirm the alternative stock, was told that the original medication was in stock but they could send out the alternative if we'd like. Confirm the order, confirm it is all sorted and being sent out that day. No mention of the Adelaide pharmacy. A few hours later I receive the same text saying the are out of medication but can offer alternatives. After a few back and forth messages I find out I am no longer dealing with Perth and Oxford didn't even pass on the updated order to Adelaide so we missed postage that day.All of this could have been avoided if they had of just told me in the three times I spoke to them over two days. They have compelty screwed over a disabled and chronically ill patient who now won't receive the medication they need on time, have illegally dispensed medication - the staff should really be aware of what they can and cant dispense and recorded my card details to be sent to a third party without my consent.Avoid at all costs

Great place for all who need them . Great service and friendly workers . My only gripe is collecting meds. No room inside, no idea who’s been served and who hasn’t . Need a drive through haha or take a number machine . Bigger foyer

Cannot track scripts, cannot give valid information, overnight delivery takes multiple days and most of the time they are out of stock.This company struggles to do the fundamentals at any capacity. Go to another chemist if possible.Looking at the excuses by OC and the other comments left by customers, this is clearly a disgraceful business that does not understand customer service. Ppl need this medication for their livelihoods but OC doesn’t care.

Appalling rude customer service and always crowded ridiculously small front reception.This means anyone with a disability has to stand, painfully waiting to be served, which takes around 20 minutes or more.Ringing ahead and attempting to organise a more efficient pickup doesn't really help, as they rarely answer the phone and even then will not prepare the script until you physically show up and wait in the ridiculous cramped reception.

I am their regular customer and usually get medication from them every three months for the last few years. I am living far away from them and it usually take 1.5 hours to get there on public transport.Because of these long distance travel on public transport, I kindly requested them to use their toilet to urinate but they rejected the request and asked me to find some public toilet. I understand that it is their staff toilet but could have considered on humanitarian grounds due to the fact that there is no public toilet close to the vicinity of their shop. I am also their regular customer. Very bad customer treatment

Placed an order, however my doctor got sick, called and explained soon after and cancelled the order. However they still sent the refrigerated item which spoiled while sitting outside in the sun for two days.My credit card was still charged and Oxford Compounding refused to refund.That was my last order with them. The owner has anger management issues.BTW: They did a similar thing 12 months ago to a close friend of mine.Salvatore Delvecio

Like other recent reviews, I am also very disappointed with this business. I have been persevering for at least two years however it is getting worse. They are difficult to get a hold of, completely ambiguous with script wait times/days and have on a number of occasions, lost my order delaying me in receiving my medication for weeks. The only thing they are on point with is taking immediate payment over the phone. Following up on orders usually results in more ambiguity or being accused of being rude.I will definitely be discussing other options/businesses with my doctor for compounding my medications professionally in the future.

Been going there for a while but these past 13 months has seen a dramatic drop in the quality of customer service. Scripts not ready when promised; scripts not even started when they claim they had; don’t respond to emails; claims of an email was never received in stark defiance to a Successful Email Delivery Report I received.

My first time at the pharmacy and it was really busy. Not sure if this is all the time but I expect so.Was served near immediately and handed a form.Handed this back and took a seat.Less than 10 minutes and I had my prescription filled and I was gone.Thoroughly professional and running like a well oiled machine. I’m a repeat customer from now on.
