Made an appointment with the owner Kylie for 9.30 on a Monday. I arrive only to find out that Kylie unilaterally decided to change the appointment to 10.30. She didn't, call, text or write. She claimed she did but there is no record on my phone which means that Kylie the owner transcribed a simple phone number incorrectly. Kylie's inabilty to get a number right speaks volumes about this unprofessional organisation. I called Kylie to express my frustration at having my entire morning ruined and the increase this has had on my anxiety levels and depression. All I received was a cliched apology from an unprofessional entity. Thanks heaps Kylie at Waratah Dental I certainly won't ever use your organisation.

I recently visited the team at Waratah Dental to have my 5 and 3 year old daughters check up for the first time . Dr Gabe and Dr Kylie were fantastic at instantly putting them at ease while talking them through the procedure. Both girls left with a huge smile on their face . We will definitely be taking them back in the future.

I would like to say thank you to Dr Mouawad and the team at Waratah Dental for their professional work.My wife and I were seamlessly accommodated to, with Dr Mouawad being very thorough and giving honest advice on what needs to be done.Unlike other dentists we were made to feel relaxed and not rushed and are both extremely happy with the treatment provided.

I absolutely adored the professionalism of Dr Kylie. She was the most kind dentist I have ever had to pleasure of meeting. Would recommend anyone looking for a dentist in the mountains to visit Waratah Dental!

Great service professional but also layback. Very pleased with the root canal treatment, Dr Gabe is a great dentist one of the best I've been too.
