They charge you for faulty products and free services. Like they’ll charge to email you a document, that you already paid for separately. Go to Australia Post, they do it for free and for a fraction of the price.

Caveat emptor, triple and quadruple check the price from this place or risk of being taken for a ride. For example, paying up to 150% more compared to what you get from Chemist Warehouse, and the owner has the audacity to say that CH has a lower cost base

Not capable to be a parcel point, they rejected my parcel due to the size, so don't send your parcels to be collected there as they selecting parcels to be kept. I ended up in deep trouble and having big delay by working onto collect my parcel from another parcel point. Besides, I been there twice and seems not be welcomed as I am just picking up parcel.
