Very good lady at customer service desk. But not happy about small body machanic guy. Always complain about wasting his time when we tell him about the problems of our car.

I brought my car there for a respray and i was promised they will respray the whole exterior with the agreed price. I was happy at first since they are very nice to talk to. After few weeks i received a phone call advising me that my car is ready to be picked up so i went to the shop to confirm if its really done. After inspecting for few minutes I already noticed the defects and to my surprise, they only painted the quarter panel and bumpers, they tried polishing the boot, hood and roof. These people are very dodgy thinking they can fool me if they just buff the area and make it look shiny. I then advised them that I will take my car and pay then half the original quote since the job was not complete. They then agree to paint the whole car. However when i got home and inspected the car properly it is missing nuts and bolts plus they didnt even bother covering the exhaust and instead the painted over it.My advice to anyone whos thinking of going here. Please stay away! Simple as that.
