Saw an awesome cooking demo on the weekend with the staff cooking pork. Was very impressed I purchased my Genesis BBQ yesterday and the first cook was the best steak I have ever eaten. Thanks to John for his expert knowledge!

Great products but little to no customer service. Everytime I come in here, the staff in there just want to talk amongst themselves and offer no assistance. Asked me to check in with the QR code at the counter when I had clearly done it at the front door. Probably didn't see me do that as the staff were too busy talking amongst themselves.

Jake here went out of his way with amazing customer service. Great range and nothing seemed too much trouble I’d definitely shop here again. Quality products at good prices. But customer service really stands out. 10/10

I called to see if the BBQ I was after was available and spoke to John who was EXTREMELY friendly and helpful. After our conversation I placed my order online and received my BBQ the very next day. Could not be happier!

Visited the store yesterday whilst out in Maribyrnong to look at new Weber's to replace my old one. The store has a great range with friendly staff that answered all my questions. They even went the extra step of calling Richmond to confirm they had stock of the Weber Q I wanted as they where out of stock.

I want to say thanks to the crew at Highpoint Heat & Grill for your outstanding customer service. Had been looking at BBQs since November - John was always patient and helpful on each occasion that I attended the store - two weeks ago I ended up purchasing two BBQs from Cameron who delivered both to separate addresses - I can not speak more highly of the staff and their service - I recommend to anyone that if you want a Weber or accessories to go to see them. They have really nice outdoor furnishings as well - Linda

Definitely recommend to visit when looking for a BBQ. The Weber range us massive! Great shop to learn more information about Weber's. Has so many Weber accessories and also has Weber models that are not available at other retailers!The staff are well knowledged and very friendly.
