The teachers are amazing. If you are a true beginner like me, this is such a nurturing and welcoming space. I attend classes on Saturday morning and Thursday evening and always leave feeling relaxed. Yoga was always something I was interested in and it has completely lived up to my expectations. The ladies who run the classes always give options to anyone with physical limitations, so they can comfortably do the movements. If you are looking for a lovely studio, look no further.
