Called to ask if they provide a service and was immediately met with a thoughtless comment from the employee about the services not being free in a condescending manner when I was trying to inquire. You don't talk down to customers if you want to sell a service, easiest going elsewhere of my life.

Suddenly, our car had problems on our way back from Blue mountains. We had no appointment, and we tried 4 other mechanics but no one was willing to even look at it. Thanks to Gerald and his colleague, they were extremely kind and professional. Out of their fully packed day, they spent good 15 mins to look at it and diagnose the problem! Though they don't have time to fix it but their professional advice helped us above and beyond!!!! God bless them!!

Great mechanic in Springwood. Very fair price on their work, I've yet to actually find better. Replaced my broken alternator within one day as promised, I am entirely dependent on my car as public transport won't cut it for my job and I travel 700+ kms per week. Highly recommended.
