Been here 3 times and food is always on point.Anything from small entree size meals to big portion sizes, with lots of variety - depending on how much you feel like eating.Personal favorites are Pescado and Pork Belly Tacos, and also the chicken and squid. They also brew their own beer and make their own sauces. Everything is made with love.Also, everything is set at an affordable price.Nice courtyard out the back too.

first time here and it won’t be the last. we got the amigos deal which included a big entree platter, 4 tacos, a burrito and two churros. everything was amazing but the fish taco stood out; crispy, soft and melted on your tongue. if you’re in the area, i can’t recommend this place highly enough

Great food, service and ambience. Would highly recommend a visit.We had the Nachos, Chipotle wings and Beef Tacos. Would rate it 9/10.If you like hot sauce would recommend the one in the pic.Enjoy

Was alright, taco are the larger serving, I dare say equal to 2 regular sized tacos, causing them to be messy to eat (or i need to step up my taco game). Great quesadilla, seafood salad and margaritas. Surrounding on and off street parking can be a struggle during peak times.

An excellent spot to get some delicious Mexican cuisine.Had a burrito bowl with the choice of pulled pork. The ingredients are tastily fresh, the fish was well balanced and the pulled pork serving was generous.The staff were very friendly and accommodating to my table’s needs (which was quite difficult) in terms of dietary requirements.Will definitely be returning for meals in the future.

Don't normally post reviews, and this is the one of the exceptions.Walked in with my partner and we were amazed by the food quality and beverage. Easily the most amazing and authentic Mexican restaurants we have been to. We started the session with a coconut and pineapple mojitos, which were exceptional in quality, as followed by the tasty prawn and pork belly tacos.The marinated shredded beef buritto is simply a must try and the pulled pork nachos was a great way to finish the meal. Everything we ordered tasted amazing and was exceptional in quality.Now onto Ash, one of the staff members at the restaurant. Extremely polite, friendly and was a welcoming presence. Made the experience that much better.Ash was extremely friendly and attentive to our dine in, telling us the current specials in regards to food and drink.He gave us plenty of time to go through the menus and didnt rush us when we were initially making our decision.He took time and gave us a rundown on the different home-made sauces that were all fantastic when we tried them with our food.We over ordered initially, and Ash was honest enough to advise us to scale back our order.Support Ash and the team, they try their very best, and the quality food and beverage is enough to make anyone happy.We will be back!

The chilli margarita was actually spicy. The shared platter was a great option if you can’t decide on what to start. Food was great and it was probably one of the best fish tacos I’ve had. The pork belly tacos were amazing, the meat melted in my mouth. Great selection of hot sauces too, it was hot but still enjoyable. Can’t wait to come back and try the rest of the menu.

Visiting Village Cantina Yarraville was a delightful experience. We indulged in tacos, burritos, and concluded our meal with churros.The tacos were fresh, tasty, and satisfying. The burritos were equally flavorful, with the rice cooked to perfection. The churros were the perfect finale to our meal.The staff were notably friendly, helpful, and valued, making us eager to return. It's also a kid-friendly establishment.
