I came into the store a few weeks back and the service here was outstanding. I had my engagement ring cleaned and it was done exceptionally well considering I walked in and it was done with in 5 mins.Thank you so much ladies! Can’t recommend this jewellery store enough! I’ll be returning when I’m back again!

My partner bought a pink kimberley ring to me. Recently, I lost a diamond for no reason so I contacted the jewellery and they never replied to me. So frustrating! Surely it is under warranty

Oh my god, the service at this establishment is the best, the staff are amazing so helpful and the jewellery is absolute quality. My wife and I went to every jewellery shop in port Douglas and cairns , there was no comparison, hands down they were by far the best. I popped into this beautiful jewelers as my sterling silver bracelet turned black after swimming in the hotel pool. The lovely lady at this jewelers gave my bracelet a clean up and wouldn’t accept any payment. Really beautiful store with very friendly staff highly recommend popping in for a look!

My previous review was probably a bit harsh.Visiting this place twice, we like to buy an item from every time we celebrate a holiday earned. Unfortunately we attended this store twice over 2 days on our last trip and the staff working did not care we were browsing. First day staff was too busy talking to a sales rep. (Talking about nothing important - just a sale rep being a sale rep) We received no acknowledgement whatsoever.(in store for at least 5-10mins.) Second day same two staff were on and were talking to each other. Acknowledging us as we left with a “thank you”.From overhearing the sales rep and staff conversations, we are aware the owners were overseas in Europe at the time so this review was mainly to inform them that they may need to pay attention to this in future, as it’s not a good look when we are talking items of value.

The opal in my highly valued man's ring developed a crack and the setting had become loose, so I consulted Evert Fine Jewellery. After much consideration and discussion with their opal specialists, Evert repaired the crack so as to be near invisible and used wax to secure the stone in the fitting, so I can again wear it with confidence. Cost - complimentary. They wouldn't even accept a contribution to their Xmas party fund! Thanks to Mary (4th gen Evert) and everyone involved. A pleasure dealing with a long established local family that really understands opals.
