Creative Garden Early Learning Centre North Lakes

My little boy has been attending for over a year now beging at just 4 months of age. The staff are all so extremely welcoming and made us both feel like part of the family from the very first day. We get photos of his day, daily reports, everything that a mum could hope for. Absolutely love this place and all the staff. He comes home with a smile on his face, well fed and cared for.

Picking a place to send my son is hard enough, let alone doing it from interstate before a move. The staff at Creative Gardens North Lakes made me feel at ease right from the get go. The transition is never easy but the staff really do feel like family, and I can't fault their communication. Highly recommended.

Great childcare. They will listen to your concerns and take action. Friendly and approachable staff with a greeting and a smile to welcome you. Great outdoor space and my child has learned a lot with his amazing educators in the centre! Kudos!

My daughter has been coming to CGNL for a few years now. All I can say is that the care provided by the amazing team of educators is second to none, the educators are an extension of our family and I could not be more greatful for the love, nurturing, education and care provided. Thank you CGNL

Both my children have attended Northlakes. The staff are like family. We have always felt welcome and my children were loved and treated as if they were the educators own children. They are super supportive of my special needs child and went above and beyond to cater for them. If you want to feel apart of a family and not just a number and dollars filling a space then I highly recommend Northlakes.

Very High Quality Education and Care. Offering Children outdoor messy play, hands on activities, and relevant curriculum. They even have a boat for kids to use in their role playing. Definitely not a cookie cutter same as all the other franchised Child Care centres.The lovely ladies and Mark actually care about the kids in their care. I refer to them as my Sons daytime parents, as I know they will look after him as if he were their own. As a Teacher, I understand what it means to look after young people, reporting procedures and Policy & Practice; they do all of this legal stuff and take so much Pride and Care in their Work.If you are looking for a great place to educate your young ones while you're at work, this is the place for you.If you work here (at Creative Gardens) and are reading this, you need to know how truly amazing you all are :)

I send my children here and i have had a fantastic experience. From my orientation day to my first drop off for a full day and now 16 months later they have been exceptional. The educators are super caring and understanding of both the parents and children and you can definitely tell they love what they do as the children are always happy and constantly learning new things. Recommended for all parents.

Went to take a tour of this childcare to see if I was going to move my kid here and was frankly shocked when I did my walk through.Centre is unclean and no toys put away. A staff member was holding a child in the kitchen which I feel had something on the stove cooking.More children then there should be in the room that is sectioned off for each of the age groups with just a few bookshelves.Children laying on the ground to sleep with beaten up sleep mattresses. While other children are up running around. most of the educators just sitting around. I seen another child throw one child off a lounge while all of this was happening.Meditation music blasting through the speakers so hard it was crackling.They then took me to the back which looked absolutely dirty and just like a bad backyard, she then pointed to a garage that must of been gyprocked ect and said it was the pre kindy room?!Save yourself the time, find options elsewhere. There is no way you’re child can be watched in such a chaotic and over population situation. There needs to be way less kids at this centre and some proper work done to the place to best facilitate a proper learning environment for the children.

My daughter starts properly tomorrow but during the few Orientations we've had, the ladies at this centre have been very welcoming, caring and easy to talk to. So far their communication has been great, the few ladies I've spoken to have asked several questions to find out my daughters interests to make it the best they possibly can for her. Great experience so far.

Unfortunately a 1 star, a bit of a read but I hope I can help another parent spare the troubles I have. Both my children have attended over the last 3 years with multiple issues that I addressed at the time but have just added up too to much. From the amount of staff that have come & gone over the 3 years to my daughter not drinking enough to the point of dehydration on multiple occasions, my son who is intolerant to a handful of foods repeatedly been given them or simply been told he was not allowed to do things like decorate cupcakes or cookies because there not lactose free & walking into him on multiple occasions heart broken & crying on his own. The centre is grotty & the centre appearance had slid dramatically. But the biggest issue was a staff member was witnessed on a handful of occasions been rude, mean, dismissive & cold towards the little ones, to the point that my son refuses to go to her or be left with her & when I brought this up to management my concerns were dismissed & I wasn't asked about the incidents but however told this was my opinion on the said person, there are other mothers with the same issues but they won't be heard. I couldn't leave my child with a centre that doesn't take concerns about a staff members behaviours, it was time to listen to my mothers intuition and sadly pull my son from care at Creative Garden North lakes.
