WOW one of the best meals we have ever had. Turkish Bread to start followed by a Lamb lovers delight. Lost River Lamb Rump" the finished plate went back to kitchen like nothing was ever on it. Chicken Supreme was equally tasty. Followed up with House Made Lemon Tart. Compliments to the Chef

Wow!!Where do I begin?! The staff that greeted me were lovely. Very welcoming. The bar prices were a pleasant surprise.The seating was very comfortable and there was a lovely ambiance.The lamb rump was delicious, especially the sauces. But the absolute standout was my dessert - Peach Cafloutis!! The flavours just burst into life! It was totally amazing. I’ll be back! Do not remove this from the dessert menu!!

One of the best regional restaurants we've eaten in for some time. It was a very busy night and the service was a little slow, however the prawn entree was sublime. We had the barramundi main course that was good except the skin had been salted too much. The clafoutis desert was a large portion and really well done.

This is a large restaurant, fairly decorated, view over the service station and then the hills. Lovely bar and lounge.Menu describes the food well. Wine menu uses a very small font!Food was absolutely delicious.The price, $70 per head, matched the quality and experience.Local radio was playing through the speakers, including a chit-chat call in quiz; I think they ought to subscribe to a restaurant playlist. Chairs seemed low for the tables, but comfortable.

I am an All Accor member and I can safely say that dining at Edge Restaurant was one of my favourite meals thus far. This includes five star tied hotels like Sofitel etc. I was super impressed. We had the barramundi and beef fillet. I was impressed by staff, service and food

Food was okay, attempted to be al a carte dining but using less than satisfactory quality produce. The service was excellent. Dinned as a party, so meal delayed over an hour between course and order. No where for children to go between meals , with a limited scope on their menu too
