Once you have the keys, your on your own. Just spend time reading their reviews of rentals and sales on the net. Yes I bought a run down piece of junk. Save your heartache, dollars and look elsewhere !!!!!

Apollo Brisbane has to be the worst after sales experience. Do not go near Apollo. Read other bad reviews and multiply by ten.Only reason I bought there was that the Adria Altea is light and I did not need to change my SUV. I left the car for 2 days after purchase to match and test everything. At time of pickup there was a wrong match between my car hitch electrical connection and that of the caravan. Apollo could and would not solve it nor provide electrical diagram that really matched their caravan. It cost me $700 of back and forth with different electrical shops until a smart mobile and expert service solved the problem in 1 hour.Then I had a serious near miss accident on the M1 after a flat tire was replaced by the spare tire. The spare tire Apollo supplies has a basic rim lighter than the mag tires on the caravan. Once I got the caravan back on the M1 with the spare installed, the caravan started swaying badly and it was difficult to take back the control. I wanted to buy a similar mag for the spare tire. I could not reach the parts department for 2 weeks. I tried through Service (Lee) but he never answered my messages nor answer my calls. I talked to David at Sales who was supposed to tell Peter at Parts to ring me back but that never happened. Over time, I could get to Peter at Parts who told me that they had no stock and the mag wheel had to come from Scandinavia and it would take months, at a cost of $1300. Many of the Altea features are finicky as you will read on other reviews. All in all, Apollo wins the trophy for the WORST RV CARAVAN AFTER SALES SERVICE and without any doubt the worst after service of any company I dealt with in my long life.

Profession and Prompt. Husband needed to travel interstate for a few days and he wanted to drive -- so we thought to hire a campervan. After two previous disappointing phone calls with other companies who either didnt answer the phone, or were disorganised and informative, I was so thankful to speak with Apollo. We were in a rush to hire a campervan for the first time, last minute decision and they made the process very easy. (well Mel did, the lady who emailed the quote). I was very impressed with her professionalism. Husband was relieved to have all the stress removed and ecstatic at their prices. He found their organisation to be professional and organised with lots of safety tips and videos to ensure that nothing goes wrong on his trip. I cant fault them at all - but the only minor issue, is that the windscreen wipers probably needed replacing hubby said, and an interior dashboard light was dim on the vehicle. But apart from that, their prices were great, their were friendly, helpful, professional and made the job of hiring and returning a campervan supereasy. We wouldnt use anyone else now, after having used Apollo.

I have been trying to contact Apollo spare parts by phone and email. No response.Their sales dept is very good and they have even called me but no one from spares has made contact. Its been over 10 days now.I will try again tomorrow. This is horrible as i am travelling and as you can appreciate you are not in the same location for long to plan delivery with someone unreliable is a nightmare.I have since been contacted and received parts requested.As i am travelling i set-up an Australia Post Postal Locker but unfortunately this proved to be a waste of time as the delivery service used by Apollo isn't Aust. Post so after a couple more calls it was delivered to the van park where i was staying.Thanks finally Apollo.My summary of events are that processes are needed to measure orders received against orders supplied by time taken to deslatch goods.Better training for understanding goods delivery.Improved processes will reduce unnecessary phone traffic and when leave is taken, jobs handover is needed for incomplete urgent orders.Cheers all, I'm still travelling and hoping nothing else breaks.Maybe an online parts ordering and payment system may help.

Looks like our experience with the Adelaide dealership is country wide. No answer to our numerous phone calls and emails with warranty problems. No contact when advised $800 of extras prepaid were not supplied. Shocking company that just don't care.

What a nightmare.Trying to get warranty work done on our BRAND NEW WINNABAGO.After a frustrating 6 weeks of trying to contact the service department ,to book in a day for repairs ,we finally got a date.The repair to the shower light (which is a feature light),which needed to be fixed looks like it has been cracked of the wall and repaired with the worst silicone job I've every seen.You can see the cracks and broken panel.They couldn't even print out any paper or receipt of work done as the service department does not have a computer.Didnt mind changing our trip itinerary when we finally got a service date but now this work and experience is not acceptable.Im now going to get some legal advice on this matter.

The customer after sale service is appalling!!! What service?! Simply disgusting!! Four months of correspondence requesting replacement of a stupid mirror that came off the wall and smashed in the bathroom, clearly it wasn't done properly to start with; I have been told by this atrocious, ignorant woman in service that the Motorhome is out of warranty, where in fact I have a certificate in my hand stating otherwise. Be aware, It's all sweet at sale point, the promises are endless, but this is where it finishes.

Can't believe the prices have gone up 5.000 from when we hired. See Australia they say it is cheaper to go on a Cruise or travel overseas at this stage.

After sales team are fantastic. I have had a couple of issues with my new Motorhome, but they have been nothing but helpful.A special mention goes to Kellie, who has been amazing. It's really nice to still be able to get that kind of service. Thankyou
