Bad place for customer service .they have around 50 people ,but looks like no one care about the customer.they only care about roaming around the work shop and office customers service people busy in their own world.Big Name but really bad experience.l took my truck for fault to look and waited for 30 minutes and no one came .sad .l won’t go back there.

Terrible service for my Fuso, whilst still under full warranty! The customer experience manager made me pay, to fix a fault in the ECU. The hill start assist was not working and the dash error light was on. They reprogrammed the ECU and the fault is now fixed. I couldn’t take my vehicle until I paid them $204 !I wouldn’t buy a Fuso again given their poor service level and cost with Daimler Trucks.

24 hours later, still waiting for a call back from the service department.Having read the other reviews of this dealer, I’m now booked in with the dealer in Port Augusta which is 440 km out of my way but was all arranged on my initial call. Maybe that’s why Butlers don’t have a review under 4 stars . . .

Couldn't tune a stereo let alone service I truckRang up day later to find out if truck had been serviced as they didn't contact me told them I'd come collect it to only be left waiting for them to contact the rental agency we hire it from to get a PO why couldn't this be done before I got here why does it take a full day to service a truck so much incompetence

If you have a Daimler/Fuso truck, hopefully you don't require a service or suffer a truck breakdown as these plebs don't answer the phone, when they do they say they'll get someone to call you back... and then don't.Absolutely the worst service provider.Unfortunately it's not just this dealership, Daimler Australia wide are useless.

If I could’ve rated 0 stars I would have. Every time I call I need to wait 15 minutes or more before I even get to speak to someone, and that’s generally reception who say they’ll get someone to call me back, which usually is another 5+ hours waiting for something I’ve told them was urgent. The last time we took the truck in they stuffed something up and it should’ve never left the workshop. We booked back in the following day only to be told it would be 3 weeks before we could get in. So this morning on the day of the booking I was there when the gates were opened at 7:30, first truck in, and told them I needed it back asap. I called at 1:30pm to find out the status of my truck to be told they hadn’t even started mine yet! I am furious and am unlikely to ever go back for service or parts, let alone a new truck.

Service is absolutely appalling, and firstly you cant blame this one on COVID. I have taken my FUSO ROSA there 3 times for the same issue with a transmission warning light for the past 2 months, its an electronic problem with the auto transmission ECU. Daimler Trucks Adelaide ring me back finally after many attempts of trying to contact them telling me it should be fixed, we have test driven it and no light comes on etc, as soon as my driver reverses out of their car park, guess what, the warning light is back on, the people they have working in service must not understand how much money these vehicles cost when they are off the road, With only 1 dealer to deal with which is detrimental to my business, is extremely difficult to have warranty work done. I even tried calling head office, no response, no call back, they have a bad attitude must be a culture problem.As from now I will not buy a FUSO product again, I have purchased more than 10 in since 2003, its a shame because it is a good product, and your salesman Brenton is great. but the service centre let you down.Daimler Trucks Adelaide, I do not want your poor response please call to resolve. because chances are your staff will not answer and will not care, you know who I am, you call me, I am waiting for you call
