placed order online, did not hear anything, could not track order, rang up to get ETA, told it was then onroute - this was 1hr and 20mins!! Pizzas were cold and garlic bread not much better.......Would prefer to give 0 stars but cannot post this review without providing something...Not Impressed at all.....

We had pizza from the Bellbowrie Pizza Hut tonight and it was absolutely disgusting. When my husband ordered the pizza he explained to the person on the other end of the phone that the last time we bought pizza from them there was hardly any topping on it. I would have thought that they would have paid special attention to our order but they didn't. The pizza base was soggy, there was very little topping and the pizza was cold we literally live within a 3 minute drive of the store I would have thought it would have been at least warm!!!! I now know why I don't buy pizza's from Pizza Hut. They are absolute rubbish. Shame on you Pizza Hut for ripping people off.

Great Staff. Great Service Have been there few time to pickup and also delivery. Last night we ordered delivery which was delivered 15 min late but the pizzas were still Hot so can't complain. It's FRIDAY""

We ordered a meet lovers and a chicken pizza. We received Two very ordinary overpriced blobs of brown mush on stale crust. I could barely discern which was which.Oh well... dog seamed to enjoy them

Took an hr on a week night to get two pizzas delivered. When I called to follow up the person on the phone couldn't have been less interested. Competely dismissive of the issue and the fact that all the automated services had advised my pizza would be arriving at least ten minutes ago.30/1 update:Called the number below as requested. The person had no idea why I was calling even when I explained. Went on to tell me I would call the store. Pizza hut, don't reply to your reviews if you're not going follow through.

1.5 hrs for delivery and pizza was cold when it got here, had to heat it up in the oven. I thought that was pizza huts job. We tried them again to see if they improved. Nope not yet, give it another 12months, I recommend frozen pizza. It is actually better

Messed up order then called to see if we could fix it they said yep your food will be up in 15 minutes but no one ever showed up and the staff member said the manager made the food

I wish I could be more positive as far as this post is concerned. My wife and I have just purchased a Meat Lovers Pizza. I'm sorry but it just wasn't good. When we opened the boxes the pizzas had this waxy look about them and the taste, well the least said about that at the better. I would normally drive to Dominoes in Kenmore but I couldn't be bothered tonight. Next time I will make the effort as I couldn't cope with Pizza Hut again...... Sincerely

Just had a garlic prawn thin crust pizza. Found it revolting. Prawns tough, too many flavours, cheese, tomato capsicum topped with a lot of mayo on a burnt crust.
