Just Cuts Shellharbour

I Got a cut last week and had the worst Experience ever. Staff were more interested in gossiping between themselves then anyone else. Waited 35 minutes after i received the text to say i was next in line. My cut is so uneven & was cut shorter then i asked. Never will return again!

I had the pleasure of having a haircut and beard trim at just cuts Shellharbour today under the expert hands, scissors & clippers of Amanda. Amanda was awesome! And absolute pleasure to deal with. I’ve had concerns in the past of people touching me and trying to trim my beard and even Amanda was worried about not being on the Christmas card list. Well Amanda you’re well and truly on the Christmas card list and if I could I’d buy your present. I left the shop thinking she was really awesome and she should be in there for the last 15 years. No Option for Zero rating.I took my 4 Y/O son to Just Cuts for a haircut and they were incredibly rude to the little boy. He is quite ticklish and he jerked his head slightly while she was shaving his head, she stared at him in an attempt to scare him. I would also like mention that his haircut would have been better if my daughter cut it from home. Both the quality and service has horrible.We usually take him to Sydney for haircut, however we were trying to support a local business, but we will not be going back to this business anymore.

Will never return.Took my daughter to get a trim and when we left noticed she missed a massive chunk at the back that was an inch longer then the rest. I took her back to get it fixed and the lady that fixed it asked me if it was straight (I am not a hair dresser and should not be asked while she is still in the chair) after leaving and her hair drying it is worse then before I'll attach a photo. It is so uneven and poorly done.

It is not often I walk out after a haircut 100% satisfied. Mary was not only lovely but showed real interest in my hair and how it turned out. I am loving my new look. Thank you, Thank you, Thank you.

Painfull wait times, some occasions, there are 4 hairdressers on, and wait times reasonable, other occasions only 2, so wait times blow out, to unacceptable levels,, no matter what time of day

The first string wasn't what I really wanted so I went back for a restyle, which was great. I'm very happy with my haircut.
