Total incompetence the lady at the counter serving can’t even use the cash register 10 minutes walking back and forward into the office asking other employees how to ring up a sale what sort of idiots work there I walked out as she failed to be able to ring up my purchase

Firstly the opening hours are shocking.Secondly we called ahead to put aside joist supports only to arrive to be laughed at telling us they had none and DC had none either...Basically had to tell them how to do there job to call pakenham and actually get them to check stock.There was no apology or even any kind of attempt to resolve the problem.I know why Bunnings is loved so much. Will not be returning.

I think I've found my new Bunnings! Well at least I'm never going back to Bunnings for my timber needs. The people here were fantastic. I called ahead with my order and when I got there I was able to park under cover and the boys loaded the timber on my roof racks . The price was much cheaper than Bunnings too.

This place has the equipment and materials to get you out of trouble. It was hard to get someone to help me with stock in the timber yard as they were working at a frantic rate to prepare orders. Customer who present need better attention.

Bought a box of joist hangers with other stuffEnded up using other stuff instead of joist hangers so went to Bowens Hallam with intact box and asked if I can return this and spend the money in their store as I missed the receipt.They just refusedThe box was in still closed in the same condition as I bought

Ordered specific timber, delivered wrong timber, when husband called them, he had to call the 5 times as no return calls back, they said oh it’s their bad they don’t make that, after being told yes they do, very disappointed and won’t use them ever again. POOR Communication and POOR service
