Essa Hair

Luciano was impolite and unprofessional. Fried my hair and left bleach on for 2 hours and trying to cover up with toner. Didn’t check to see the progress of the colour during the process or wait time. The colour I asked for was a chocolate brown/ caramel.I have had hi-lights all my life and always had the colourist check to see how the hair is taking on the colour. This was a first, where she left it on from 2pm until 4pm. My hair is bleached so light and looks frayed and damaged.She didn’t accept her mistake and was getting her own hair coloured so couldn’t be bothered with my colour. A very horrible experience overall which could have been managed with some basic knowledge of customer service and care for what the customer requested for.I have never left a bad review for a salon before but this was a poor experience.

I used to go to this salon 4 years ago. Then I moved out of the area. They always did a good job always left happy. I recently moved back into the area and thought I would go back there. Made an appointment. Turn up for appointment to find they had cancelled it. They had apparently rang me many times the last two weeks but could not get onto me. Clearly they had the wrong number. They did offer my another appointment same day however I already had other plans. They also tried to fit me in in other days however they were only free when I was busy. I dont see why i should have to reschedule my life when they did the wrong thing. If you could not get a hold of a client you should never move or cancel their appointment. Unfortunately as i could not find a suitable time until mid June i made an appointment elsewhere and i will not be returning here. Customer services is extremely important and i am not sure they understand this. Extremely disapointed.

I only went in to get bottles of shampoo and conditioner. nice quick service. Looks clean.

Essa Hair clearly supports medical discrimination against customers with their 'no vaccination no entry policy'. As a lawyer I can confidently confirm that section 51-23a of the Commonwealth Constitution clearly forbids civil conscription of any sort. That is why the government is deceiving ignorant & gullible business owners to do their dirty work for them. Essa Hair also has no exemption allowing them to breach their customers doctor patient confidentiality right. It is only a matter of time before an educated customer with financial means will sue this business and win.

Been here a few times now. I've never had a bad experience. The staff are lovely, the cut is fantastic and the prices are good. Wish I'd found this place years ago. :)
