Lots of parking, neat and tidy store and knowledgeable friendly staff members with great prices. They price match and also if you get food your pet does not like you can bring the bag back and get a refund ... AMAZING...

I just have to give a massive shout out to Petbarn at Wynnum Plaza. From the time we entered the store, we were given amazing customer service, fantastic advice and incredible guidance. We were lucky enough to adopt a gorgeous rescue and needed help with pretty much everything. A special mention goes to Dan & Adel. They have been wonderful, patient and so knowledgeable. Thank you for being fabulous.

6/4/23. Around 9am..AMAZING service. I bought puppy food. The girl at the counter (and I’m so sorry I didn’t get your name) was so interested in my new puppy, made sure I had the right things to get the deal price, and also gave me a puppy sample bag. Felt very welcome and will definitely be back!

Do not buy online. They do not deliver items. They refuse to provide refunds. I now have to deal with the Office of Fair Trading to get my money back.
