Absolutely useless staff. Obviously the owner of the restaurant does not care about his chain. No cues. No lines still can't get it right. No tapkins. Food sloppy. Most unhappy workplace I’ve seen in my life. Employees all look miserable and angry, and they ignore customers. I was waiting for 20 minutes before I got served. The girl at the counter named Grace would not stop giving me dirty looks, and she would roll her eyes when someone walked in. All employees were either standing around staring into space or chatting. My order was sitting all packed in its bag for about 10 minutes before somebody said oh sorry here’s your order. Clearly there is some sort of workplace bullying going on behind closed doors. Manager needs to be trained on how to employ useful staff. Cameras need to be installed so the employees can be watched.

Throwing the gravy on top of the chicken and wrecking the box! This is ridiculous how i found my chips & food destroyed. Also they didn’t give spoon for the 2 large gravies.

Worst KFC chips I’ve ever had! Asked for fresh and they definitely weren’t fresh! Dry, over cooked, no to little salt and just awful! The one star is for the frozen Pepsi I ordered.

The food was good, nice and hot, they had squashed the dinner roll which was annoying and they also didn’t give me my drink
