As a local resident they know who I am and always friendly.

My local PO, friendly couple who work and operate the LPO. Never had any issues and they’re always so kind and understanding. One time I had to take my dog in and they never had a problem with it. You can rely on them!

Dog friendly local post office. Has all the usual post office gubbins with friendly and efficient service. Much preferred to the larger post offices

It's great going into this post office run by a very friendly couple. Always ready to help you with a smile. Though I don't live in the area anymore, I still go there because of their great service.

I do not recommend going to this Post Office to get a passport photo done.I went today to get my passport photo done, and I have long hair which was covering my ears but not my face. The man who was taking the photo kept saying to uncover my ears and made me feel very uncomfortable. I've never been asked to show my ears in passport photos ever. He even told me to come look at examples of photo requirements and the lady on one example (which was an acceptable photo), her ears were covered!! I kept saying to him, that in the examples of the acceptable photos he was showing me, that their ears were covered and he was extremely reluctant to take my photo because of this!! I even showed him my previous passport photo in which my ears were covered by my hair which was accepted and he still wouldn't give it up!! Even online when you look at examples, hair is covering the ears in some photos but he was insisting on something that is not even a requirement!!Eventually the lady, his colleague started saying to him it should be fine

If you can avoid going to this post office I highly recommend you do. They're rude, unorganized and unwilling to help in any situation. I received a notification that my parcel was delivered to their branch, after going down to the post office, they were unable to locate the parcel. I then returned half an hour later with all the information required, to find out that the parcel was picked up a day earlier by a person unrecognizable to myself and them. This highlighted a bigger issue in that they do not ask for photo identification when collecting parcels. I have still not received my item and they have not once offered any assistance. If there was an option to rate the 0-5 stars I would.

I’ve been working from home every day during the pandemic but my parcels aren’t getting delivered to me and the last two I didn’t get any notifications until I checked my app—and this isn’t my nearest post office. Get it right, Australia Post!

A friendly couple run this little Post Office which was a great help during lockdown with the increased amount of parcels I ordered from online shopping. They are always willing to help and greet me with a friendly welcome by name each time I go there.

Great little local Post Office. Small enough to remember me every time I come in to pick up a parcel. Just wish it was open at 8am to get parcels before work.

We've had years of brilliant service from this family run post office. They've always been incredibly helpful, polite and professional. I've witnessed them many times over the years helping their elderly customers with incredible patience and understanding.
