Thirlmere Doctors Medical Centre
Arrived 9.20 for a 9.30 appointment with my 18month old son. Got told the doctor was running late and would be in at 9.45. I returned at 9.50 and was told the doctor was still not in. Returned at 10.05 and was told yes the doctor is in and to take a seat they will see me in a moment.45 minutes later sitting in an empty office and nothing. Not even a half hearted apology for running an hour and 15 min late. I couldn't wait any longer and had to leave. Will never go back.Choose a different medical center if you value your time at all.

Love having a local dr that always has daily appointments available. ESP handy when having a little one who falls sick quick. Yes they tend to run late as most dr offices do…. Always gotten good service here and will continue attending for my urgent appointments.

Annie the Medical Receptionist, unprofessional, lacks appropriate training. Told me off,”you’ve been told not to go to the doctors. Hanged up on me and accused me of yelling when I could not even talk with my cough and pharyngitis. I was on my 10th day of Influenza. Nevertheless, the Doctors are good. The weekend receptionist is a lot better.

First time going there as it was open on a Saturday and my usual GP wasn't open. Didn't wait long. I went got my daughter as she had a rash n I was worried. The doctor who saw us was brilliant! My daughter was a bit scared at 1st but Doctor ROCK" made her feel really comfortable and spoke to her so she let him examine her! So happy with the service. Definitely going to go back! Plus bonus so close to home!"

Could not ask for a better doctor in Dr Rakshith who has been such a wealth of knowledge despite still continuing with his training. He was attentive and made me feel heard during a very overwhelming time in my life. I would 100% recommend you visit the Thirlmere Doctors for your next medical consult.

Not happy at all. My son was sick and it was close to my house so I went there and the Dr ended up doing a swab to see if he had any viruses but then weeks later I get a bill in the mail for about $80 for the test he did. The doctor never once mentioned there would be any out of pocket costs especially when I thought he was just doing one of those covid swabs that I have had done so many times. I even tried to claim it through Medicare but they denied it so I'm very annoyed. I definitely wouldn't recommend going there!

A great medical centre. Julie at reception is so friendly and helpful, the team of Dr’s are also very professional and take the time to listen to you. It’s not like other places where you feel rushed in and out, they really listen and want to help. Highly recommend for all the family.
