I have been very impressed with the service I have been receiving from Hot Toner - printer inks specialist in Regents Park NSW. I have ordered ink cartridges for a couple of printers now, and from the placement of the order right thru to receiving the new cartridges has only been a matter of days. Piece of mind is also given via the Aussie Post parcel tracking system, so you know exactly where your order is at any point in time. I have also been impressed with the price and quality of the products too given original brand names can be so expensive. I have been buying toner from Hot Toner for many years.I purchased some HP compatible ink cartridges from them in October 2021 and again in July 2022.I have 2 HP Officejet Pro 7740 printers.The HP printers will now not accept the Hot Toner cartridges; in fact, it just locks up the printer until you put a genuine cartridge back in place of the one that Hot Toner supplied.I got to say that I am none too happy with HP over this. So unhappy that I will never buy another HP product.Anyway, Hot Toner claims these cartridges are compatible and they are clearly not compatible. I believe that I should be refunded the cost of the cartridges that I have on hand here now. I am quite happy to return these cartridges to them for that refund.I emailed Hot Toner with this concern and request on 16 January 2023.So far, no reply.

This is the poorest service I have ever had from any company .After dealing with them for over 25 years and only putting in an order that was uncomplicated in April, now in May on a new order for $237 using the same credit card I have used for many years they wanted my last 4 digits of my credit card by email and the last 4 digits of my printer by email sent to them before releasing released my goods and that was already debited to my credit card,. I would be beware of dealing with this company and releasing private information.

Tried several printer ink suppliers before I settled on Hot Toner. Been with them for a while now - the printers have not lasted as long as our association, but Hot Toner compatible inks are good value, last as long as branded inks and their delivery is pretty much next day. Could not be happier.

I dont use them very often, but whenever i place an order i know it will arrive a few days later. Very reliable company. They deliver great products and toner is easy to order.
