Starting my own carpet cleaning business around 4 years ago, I was pointed in the direction of Whyte Specialised Equipment by a friend and have never looked back.Unable to afford new equipment, Jeff brokered a second hand setup for me that is still going strong today, and the boys in the workshop have been great in helping me keep the truckmount in good running order.I have found the range of Whyte chemicals to be as good if not better than any other products out there. I operate a Whytes carpet cleaning machine. The pump ceased to operate, that’s not an issue, however they do not carry spares so I had a two week wait. Again not a huge issue, however when I got the pump I discovered the electric motor also required replacement. Again no spare part on the shelf. They then asked me to identify the motor, they did not have a record of which motor went into my build. I gave the details from the plate and two weeks later I received a motor that did not match the pump, the drive key was oversized and the wiring did not suit the pump control on my machine., I requested they collect the motor and replace it with one matching the pump sold to me a few weeks earlier, they suggested to speed things up I should arrange the return freight and they would refund the freight cost, I sent it back along with the old motor, which I requested they use to rewire the replacement, and forwarded the receipt for reimbursement. Two weeks later I received a new motor, the wiring and switch from the old motor were correct however the drive shaft was too small for the pump, as requested I returned the motor and sent back the old pump, at the third attempt I did receive the correct motor and installed it. I then followed on up the reimbursement of the freight, the owner rang me and informed me he considered paying for return freight to be bad business practice and that I would have to wear the cost. As I had paid in advance for the parts I had no choice but to accept the freight cost. The only recourse left to me is to review the dismal service and business practice. Be warned, insist they arrange and pay for al and any return freight, or if possible avoid dealing with this company.

We are a carpet cleaning business and we have been dealing with this guys for couple of years now and are extremely happy with the service !!!Everything is handled and completed fast and efficiently and with so much care and respect and nothing is any bother to them.!!They know how to run a business from first contact with the Jeff who are lovely to talk to and so helpful to dealing with Yee regarding Sales parts and repairs who goes so out of his way to get everything done for you!!We will continue to deal with them as we cannot fault them on anything at all !
