The efficiency with which this centre directs you to leave material for recycling is awesome. Staff working in and around the centre are welcoming and go right out of their way to help. Sort your materials carefully and leave it all for free. Get over yourselves anyone who complains about it.

I had a quick easy visit on a Sunday morning and staff were very helpful.It's great to see there's a sorting station (for wood, steel, etc) to try and reclaim household rubbish.

Regularly need to wait for 60-90 minutes to empty my garbage truck at 4-5 am.After waiting for an hour or so, the transfer station has mountains of garbage (floor to ceiling) and the floor is entirely covered with rancid garbage juice that has fermented into a muddy biohazard.Definitely one of the worst transfer station in Victoria.Avoid this site, try using Banyule transfer station instead.

DO NOT GO HERE. Particularly when it’s wet. The water stinks and ends up stuck on your car. The smell is beyond all ratings. You can’t just clean the car as usual you need to get all up under the car to get rid.

Much better & cleaner than it used to be. Outlook staff onsite to assist & help sort waste & recycling in the public area. Cardboard is free too. Costs a little bit more but still a convenient location (Dynon Rd) and less hassle than going to Werribee or Deer Park tip.

These guys are awesome. I had boxes in my backyard took me almost 1year to get rid of them, after speaking to these guys they were able to help me get rid of them free of charge. The guys are super friendly and always willing to help with a big smile on their face

I spoke to this recovery centre ago if I could deliver 6 Christmas trees on the Dec 24. They said no problem. Now I’m here and they won’t let me in.They got lots of room but they can’t be bothered dealing with more waste because they have to go buy Christmas presents. What an absolute disaster. I have 6 Christmas trees that I can’t get rid off!!Don’t ever go here!! It’s a disaster organisation

Citywide have a contract collecting rubbish nearby to CBD apartments. In the last 8 months we here loud noises at 5am from our apartment. The law is no noisy collection before 6am but they don't care. You can't call them to complain (notice the lack of complaint procedure on their website, and they won't answer calls to customer service). You have to go through council. The mayor (Sally Capp)said years ago she would fix the garbage truck issue, but still hasn't done it. Fun times.
