This shop is pathetic, i have never had a jewelry shop charge for a so called conversation and to ask if i could have my finger measurement taken. This store has gone to a new low. STAY AWAY. IF FOR SOME REASON YOU MIGHT NEED TO GET YOUR FINGER SIZE BE AWARE $20.

Have shopped here before and even though they can be a little over priced I have been happy. Not this time! My husband purchased a lovely whale pendant on what he thought was a silver chain in Oct 22. The chain appeared tarnished and coppery very quickly. I have been in store today to have it checked and discovered that my husband was sold a display chain. The excuse given was they had new staff. Not my problem. I have been invited to purchase a new chain but they won't replace. Disgraceful! Will never buy from there again

I love Georgies, they have the most unique jewellery and awesome prices. The jewellers listen to you for your want and do a fantastic job. The sales staff are very friendly and helpful. I cannot fault any of my experiences at this store.

I would not trust anything this company saysThey had my wedding ring for 2 1/2 months just to reset my diamond!I started calling in to check on my ring once they had it for 1month I was told it would be ready( I believe they forgot about it ) .next wk I went and checked and was told they where waiting on a tool from overseas !Which was a complete lie as they make rings ever day !I went in the following wk and was told it still wasn’t finished and that it was just because the jewellery was busy , I understand this but don’t say it will be ready in 3 wks and blame it on Covid and all sorts of other liesI recommend correct communications with the customer and don’t lie !Then they have the audacity to charge full price and not apologise for the way they handled things !I will never purchase anything from this business and will be sure to spread my experience!

I always receive excellent customer service at Georgies fine jewellery Batemans bay. The staff are very helpful and happy to let me try things on and I never feel pressured to buy. The staff are very friendly also. And They have a great range of unique jewellery.

I’d been aware of Georgies since they first opened in Batemans Bay. Being interested in watches, I followed their lines, and at times went into the shop to ask about specific items, though found them mostly generic low end and over priced.. Enquiring about watch making and repair work, I was referred to Georgies. My first inquiry was for a repair job of a mechanical automatic watch that my father had smashed the crystal when he had a car accident. I was told that the watch would be sent to their watch maker." Quote came back in good time
