Priceline Pharmacy Williams Landing

I needed a copy of a receipt for an item I had purchased a couple of months ago. The staff were outstanding, courteous and helpful, and nothing was too much trouble for them.It's not often one receives such brilliant service these days.I highly recommend this pharmacy! Thank you so much.

My partner went in to get her script filled, and was told they were too busy to fill it and all she needed was an on the shelf item. instead of the script medication that was prescribed by her doctor. Horrible customer service from Bill the pharmacist and he couldn’t handle the work load of 4 customers In their, and he has been rude to us on several occasions. I would give negative stars if I could.

Edit - They were quick to resolve the issue. Increased the rating in light of how the management responded. Appreciated.----------------------------Read that rating as a Minus. (-5 rating)They gave us a beyond USE BY date prescription medicine. When I went for exchange they took the receipt and the medicine (the presciption was already with them) and asked me to come next day. After a week of chasing over the phone, when I finally went to the pharmacy to get my refund, they pharmacist had the audacity to say she wouldn't serve me and asked me to leave the shop. Not a finger was lifted to try and resolve the problem other than saying I didn't serve, I don't know and I can't help.

Generally pretty good but I got frustrated today when I went in to get a script filled around 10am. I was the only customer and stood there infront of the pharmacist for 10 minutes, I didn't get served or acknowledged so walked out and got my script filled elsewhere.

Worst customer service and staff ever dealt with. Wish there was an option for negative rating.Upon returning to the store for change of mind return of one of the 10 items I'd purchased, the untrained staff advised me they do not accept returns as advised by their manager strictly and to come again on a different day to speak to their manager. Upon questioning this not aligning with Priceline Returns Policy, the same staff advised they are a different franchisee and that each store has a different return policy!!!"Rang customer service and the lady at Cs called and spoke to the store manager and came back advising me to take the product to the store to get a refund after manager examines it. Needless to mention she was surprised at the wrong information given to me in the first place just to cause more pain. Left work to go see the manager before 5pm who had already decided she was not going to take it back as she would have been obviously upset about being called in by the Head Office for their malpractices

Exceptional service on during the day I visited. Clean store, well maintained. Very lovely young man helping me find precisely what I need. He was very sweet. Will definitely be visiting here again. Thank you Noah!

***I won't shop here ever again***I was a regular customer (not after today)at Priceline Williamslanding and Pharmacy which was befor Priceline. Went there to certify few documents, which barely takes 2 mins. I was told after 15 mins. After waiting 40mins when every single person who came way after me get served. I was ignored by pharmacist and female staff at prescription & advice counter like i was not even there. Too busy giggling around, couldn't stand so walked out.

Friendly and efficient service. Great to have a local pharmacy that I can leave my scripts at. Staff are very helpful and prices are more competitive now.

Absolutely lacks customer empathy and consideration."I am very disappointed at my recent visit here to get a document witnessed by a pharmacist. I have been here before on a previous occassion and got a 5* service from the kind male pharmacist on duty but cannot say the same with the conduct I received from Jackie. I was shocked that private pharmacies these days still charge a ludicrous $2 per document signing fee. They don't allow you to pay by card and I was fortunate there was still change in my bag. When I questioned her as to why the price was two dollars she replied with "because of the effort involved". I don't know if the typical pharmacist finds it overly exerting to stamp a piece of paper and write their name down but Jackie certainly believes this is the case.It doesn't end there though. She went through the 'effort' of essentially forensically analysing my signature from almost 4 years ago to how it changed now. Even so much as to lecture me on keeping my writing consistent and I had to provide a signing demonstration for her despite the probability of someone else in Williams Landing having my 5 part full name and identity too low to even consider.I recommend going to the other pharmacy a few minutes drive away off the main road

Fabulous staff. Everyone has a smile for you, warm and loving greeting when you enter. Im treated like I'm a family member rather than just another customer everytime i go there. Highly recommend them to everyone. Keep doing what you all do. You are all AWESOME.
