The Good Guys Ballina

Hardly any available stock of white goods ready to take home, even though says available on web. Hardly any staff to assist. When you do finally get someone though they are pretty helpful. Won’t sell the floor stock who knows why if they can’t get any stock anyway.

Good customer service and a friendly face. Amy was very help and had great customer care.

It's difficult to describe the service as there wasn't any. I walked around for about 10 minutes trying to find staff so I could purchase a fan. The only two staff people that I could find were on the phone and didn't want to be disturbed. One other person waved to the far corner and said There are fans over that way."Perhaps a store of that size needs a few more people on the floor or

Apparently it's a goodguys policy to remove a tv from it's packaging to inspect it before you take it home. I was assured the box would look just like new when this was done...i'll let the photos speak for themselves. I recall at one point, a peice of Styrofoam fell out of the box and landed on a salesmans head, to which after trying to tetris it back in the box, he responded with: 'i wonder were this goes'. You might think this was the result of newly trained workers, but the manager was right there taking it out of the box with them. When questioning the physical condition of the box, he reffered to the gaping hole and broken styrofoam in the first photo, as a scuff. To top it off, the salesman in tv's walked around with his hands on his hips, like he was cheif of police. Before doing a store transfer from tweed, when asking if i could buy directly from ballina, if they could meet the price, he responded with: 'they can have you'. When speaking to tweed, they also agreed that this gentlemen was making the store transfer unnesarily difficult, amongst more descriptive terminology that i wont reference here. Yep, they're not fond of you...

Called the store to see if they have an apple ultra watch in stock, or it's only available to order. I talked to the most rudest person ever called Rachel, who said she has no idea what I am talking about?????? And hang up on me. Disgusting customer service

Visited the store and someone called Rachael was the rudest person I’ve ever come across in my local town. My mother and I were shocked. This person couldn’t be bothered “I only work from 8 And then go home at 5, I don’t know what we have in stock”.like somehow me asking a question was such a massive problem for her to have to lower herself to respond. This lady then had the audacity to call us rude when we walked away to somehow project her own disgusting behaviour onto us. A good reason to buy online and avoid The Good Guys Ballina.

Phoned the store, excellent customer service from Levi, he was fantastic; fast and friendly price match. The product was waiting at the front counter so I was able to pick up super fast - in and out! Thankyou!
