Floor Zone

Bad experience with this shop.To summarise my experience-1) Got a quote for the wrong carpet despite going into the shop and picking one type of carpet.2) Then got given a quote for the right carpet we wanted but told it's the same price" as the initial wrong carpet we had a quote for. However when we asked a friend to enquire independently about the carpet price- they were given different prices for the 2 carpets

Giving them 1 star for the sheer lack of regard for my time, lack of customer service and lack of communication. I went into Floor Zone to look at some vinyl plank flooring for my house. I chose one that i liked and they said it would take 3-5 business days for it to get to there shop from Melbourne so i gave them my deals so they could work out and give me a final quote. 5 days later still no quote so went back into the store and did it all over again. 4 days after that still no quote so i called them asking where the quote was. A few hours later i got and email with the quote. i paid in full that same day.A week and a bit went by and i called them to find out a rough day it would be getting there. They said they would call and found out and give me a call back. Few more days went on still no phone call. so i went back in to the store and asked what was going on. they then said they will call to find out and let me know so i got them to call up why i was there. They came back and said it would be there friday (in 5 more days) there's been transport problems" ( there's more then one transporting company).Friday came and i got a call off them saying they ordered the wrong colour/ type or something like that and they it would be another weeks to arrive and that they would give me $50 back. 3% of the quote. (what's the point)Finally got it 8 days later. Asking if i still wanted that $50 back and gave them all my details again for the 3rd time. 2 weeks on and still no $50.I will NEVER use them again and I am shocked that a business is actually still running. Would not recommend."

We had Floor Zone redo our floors throughout the house and we're so pleased with the result. They were really good to deal with and we would recommend Floor Zone to anyone.
