We worked with Ben and Fluid on our renovation. We had a situation near Christmas where we needed to get confirmation from the fluid team on a change in our plans and it looked like they had shut for Christmas .Ben called me back out of hours during the Christmas break and helped out which meant we weren't delayed by 3 months , he basically kept our project moving . The service, communication and frequent follow ups have made it very easy to deal with fluid . I couldn't recommend Fluid highly enough, thanks guys!

From my perspective as an owner builder Fluid Building Approvals were great. They gave me some good tips, were very prompt and were always available when I needed to talk. Their electronic communication was also quick and efficient.
