Penrith Cheapa Hot Water Penrith
So had another plumbing company who shall not name come out and check my solar unit that wasn't working. Was told that the pump, fittings and solar panels all need replacing @ a cost of $7239. Called up Cheapa and not only did they come out on the same day. They bloody well knew what they were doing and talking about. (Dario was awesome). Found the issue to be a faulty sensor and was charged at fraction of the cost of what the other geniuses wanted. Thanks guys. Fully recommend Cheapa Hot water for all your Hot water repairs and needs. Outstanding!!!

Called John on the Saturday as my hot water system had started to fail. John diagnosed the problem over the phone and called out about 2 hours later - his diagnosis to replace the thermostat and not replace the whole system saved me $1000 compared to other phone quotes. Very efficient and professional service - thank you.

Called the guys at Cheapa after our very old hot water system died today.Had Steve on site within an hour of my call, a new system delivered and installed within 2 hours of his arrival and the old one taken away.Fantastic and friendly service, Steve was very knowledgeable and was able to give me comparative information and prices on various models based on our needs. He had us up and running again within a couple of hours for what I thought was a very competitive price.Highly recommend, couldn't be happier with how smooth and fast the whole process was.
