I came to Sam just before my wedding to have some foils and highlights put through my hair. The health of my hair was always her first priority and she invited me in for a strand test as well as provided me advice on products to use, as well as samples leading up to my service. On the day she was super quick and efficient and I felt very comfortable, which as a busy mum is so important to me! I got exactly what I asked for without compromising the health of my hair :) I’ll definitely be back!

Sam is a great hairdresser. I went in for a consultation about a year ago and have never looked back. My mum now goes to her.Sam was also very helpful when I was wanting to buy clip in hair extensions and is always available to put them in and style them for me. Very affordable and as she works from a home salon has the time for one on one conversations and looking after her clients one on one.My lifestyle is very busy and because of this I don’t have time to sit in a salon all day. Werribee hair lab makes this so as I am usually out after 2 hours depending on what I am having done on the day of my appointment.Sam has a very outgoing personality and feels like a friend who I can talk to. Sam also knows her stuff and I usually leave the decisions up to her as she is the professional.
