Ordered toasted banana bread. Got given it still frozen. Then they toasted it again and it still came back cold in places. Finally on their third attempt I got a hot, toasted slice. It's not rocket science but they failed simply toasted bread!

Somehow took 10 minutes to get a 10-pack of nuggets ready (but not before offering me someone else's order first). I was the only person waiting in the restaurant. Couldn't catch anyone's eye to ask about it.

I ordered four coffees for my workplace team and the had it delivered. The coffee was excellent. Definitely has improved in the last two years.

The coffee was burnt, but it is being made by young kids, with little experience. My wrap had egg shell in it. Crunchy breakfast. The hash browns weren't cooked enough and very oily.

Came through at 6:47am, the lady doing drive through was so genuinely welcoming, attentive and efficient. We left feeling like she not only enjoyed her job but was really good at it. She was warm and friendly, leaving a really nice impression, perking up our journey more than a good cup of coffee could. The order was correct and fresh, adding to our overall experience making us happy we decided on Macca's this morning.

I don't think I've ever received my entire order from here. I only ever get happy meals for my kids as a treat and something is always missing. Tonight it's all 3 packs of fries.

Just avoid this place if you don't want to have to go back because of orders not done right or food is stone cold or completely wrong burgers etc , been a hit and miss for years here.Wont be back ever , they did it again tonight charged and paid for triple cb and get a dbl with no pickles, cold everything and when I opened the bag to see burgers pretty much smashed like they had been stood on. Called spoke to lachlan (very nice dude) but then was told in a txt after a long chat no refund.Very disappointing in the lack of care taken to make food. Cant wait for the red rooster etc to open up in ripley and we can be done with the sad state maccas is in and the others we are stuck with here in the area. Will never spend another sent at any of these maccas ever again. Hjs it is for our weekly takeout
