The after sales service is pathetic. Excuses pile up, staff never call to discuss updates, over 2 months in for warranty repairs and they couldn't be bothered to even ensure the battery that had gone flat it was there for so long was charged prior to completion.While they have a goon range of or in stock and the staff seem to know the product fairly well, once it does leave the shop you are old news.We purchased here as they are the local Honda agents, next purchase WILL be elsewhere!

I am a new resident to the Kempsey area. I was told to take my Honda motor/pump to this dealership to get repaired. It required to have a helicoil inserted and the vaves checked. After a week I rang and was told the valves had been done but the helicoil was not. then a week later I went in to ask for the item. I was told it still needed to be 'put back together'. It should be ready by Tuesday. Then on the following Friday I expected it to be ready....It would only be about 1 to 2 hours work and it is now 3 weeks...and still not fixed. Mr Preen was asked by me " Can you explain why it would take 3 weeks to do 2 hours work on my motor" He could not!! I then complained and took my item from there and had to take it to Port Maquarrie to another dealer to finish the repairs. I would not go back to Preens again EVER!! Their mechanical repair service is shocking. I do like to keep business local but after this experience "How can I"??"

Uninterested staff with no people skills whatsoever. On several occasions we had to go there to follow up on an ordered part or something that we had dropped off for repair and the staff had absolutely no idea what we were talking about and/or couldn’t find what we had come to collect - even after they’d phoned us to say it was ready to collect! The wait to get anything done is always phenomenal. Don’t know why anyone would bother with Preens except to lean on the counter and gossip the hours away with staff who seem to be much better at that than doing any work.

Good range. Completely substandard customer service. Seems like a common theme in other reviews.

Very helpful, I haven't shopped here for over 20 years, but when I got in touch for a new Chainsaw solution they were quick to assist.

In creditable I've spent thousands in this business yet when I walk in I find it's more Important to count stock than serve.

Not Covid-safe.None of the people serving wear their masks properly (chin guards) and one person is not wearing a mask at all. Many of their customers also wear their masks as chin guards and some don't check-in either.

Decent people ...but can be bloody expensive on simple things ..don't ask if they can get replacement parts for small engines if they dont stock it ...you will get .NOPE we don't carry that so we won't order it in ... and they walk away .

The staff here were super great in helping me choose the right whipper sniper for my home. They knew there products well, and even showed me how to start it. Product is now 12months old and still running perfect. No problems yet
