While COVID-19 is understandably impacting on businesses everywhere, the complete lack of communication from MiCare is breathtaking. My mother has been waiting over five months for a service. It was delivered once (for half the time it was supposed to). She waits for her service (after confirming the day before) and they do not show up. She phones and receives confirmations and promises of follow-up phone calls that never, ever come. This has really impacted her - she’s stressed, anxious, and so upset. Despite our every efforts to connect with the team, we have been so disappointed. I am sorry it has come to the point of a public review, but I could not, in all conscience, recommend MiCare to vulnerable people.
