Just the best bras for that person in ur life

I came in on Saturday, the day before Mother's Day. I tried on quite a few bras and bought three of them. The lady who helped me, Kirsty, was absolutely amazing. She was the only one in the shop and helping at least two other people while I was in the fitting room but she still made me feel very attended to and you could tell she was not only good at her job but that she genuinely cared. I wasn't left waiting or wondering about anything. She really was so kind and helpful.I massively appreciated her.

Found what I needed. Friendly helpful assistant.

Yesterday morning, 3/06/23, I visited Bras and Things baldivis. Prior to arriving I called the store to query whether I was able to exchange (NOT refund) a set for a set/bra that was more supportive. From my reading of the exchange policy, it seemed this was allowable providing the garmets were still in brand new condition with tags attached. I explained I did not have the receipt as it was a gift from my mother, however, the garmets still had all tags etc; attached. Over the phone the women had said yes that wouldn’t be a problem- hence why I travelled to the centre to make the exchange. On arrival the woman’s (who I wish I had have got the name) tone had totally changed. She attempted (poorly) to interrogate me regarding this lace set making statements such as “I’m going to be ‘straight up’ with you ,someone has already tried to return this set while it was still on the hanger” “are you sure that wasn’t you? When I said no she questioned me again “are you sure?” It was as if this women really thought she could interrogate me, poor love should have gotten a job as a police officer. I asked her what she was trying to imply and she said it was simply a statement. I turned around and took my business elsewhere due to a lack of customer service skills, misguided information, a lack of knowledge on her own organisations exchange policy and general respect. I intent to make a formal complain and suggest this women receives some education in customer service skills at the very least.

Went in at 4.50pm today and the staff was an angel. Very friendly and helpful, such a shame I didn’t catch her name.

Friendly staff who know what their talking about and love the quality of products
