Wynnum Marine

Wynnum Marine is fantastic!Extremely knowledgeable staff, and all very, very pleasant.Full range of all things marine - boats to bait, and all in-between.I can't speak highly enough of Wynnum Marine. I always learn something whenever I visit.

I would not recommend and would give no stars if possible. I got installed a fish finder works well. Also a fuel and water separator. Went out in the boat fist time to do night time fishing. My white light wires were broken. Coming home my boat main motor died and I had found they crushed my main fuel hose. Went back to see them and weren’t happy to fix it. Also after found things missing.

I had booked my boat in for a service and delivered my boat at the time allocated to me , all went well .It was when I arrived to pick up the boat was the problem .My boat was on the foot path , no problems , I had stood outside the office waiting for some one to come and see me about 5 -8 minutes all good.When I saw the staff member he asked me if i was having my boat serviced and you just want to pay for it I stated yes.I was then taken into the shop and paid my account, no one had said yes your service is all good .Went around to my boat and no one around or in the service office for about 10 minutes then the fork lift driver said can I help you, I said yes this is my boat and picking it up, be wright with you.The boat was pulled along by the fork lift over the gutter with a bang and left in front of the driveway of the service entry I stood there for about 10 minutes no one came over and i started to hook up the trailer by myself, a staff member came over and said is there no one helping you i said you must have to hook up and go yourself, which I did then waited to find some one to ask about my log book which took about 5 minutes more was not impressed with the service when picking up the boat at all.

Great store to shop in, has pretty much everything you need on the shelves. I needed a part for my outboard, though there was 1 in stock that could have fitted, Luke found another one that was specifically for my our boat. Access is easy and everything is open and wheelchair accessible with street parking. Top customer service and advice. Prices are fair and slightly cheaper then what I have been looking at else where. I have some maintenance on the boat soon and I'll definitely be spending my money here. Thanks again Luke!

These guys really are useless. Product knowledge, not returning phone calls, cruise craft boats should sell through a different dealer. Edit, couldn't work out how to reply to your reply. Picked up a 575 at yours, 2012 used. Didn't return or answer calls then, still don't as of last Monday. Also gave information out last Monday which conflicted with actual cruise craft website. Great product, lousy service

Once again, everything was completed as promised and on time.Highly Recommended!

Great shop always love this place

I got a new custom Stacer 4.29 off them this was my second boat and i knew more what i wanted.Chris was the sales guy and was very helpful in suggesting factory options and trailer and accessory options and generally giving me advice - he also was good on the price negotiations and was also good in keeping me in the loop for when the boat would arriveWhen they were installing the boat accessories they were great in getting me over to decide where to put things and even built a nice custom shelf for my minn kota battery at no extra charge - the final result looked great and the boat was just as I wanted on the water.There were a few hiccups at the end but Chris and Wynnum marine sorted them out asap.They are a friendly team that really want to look after the customer (rare in some businesses nowadays)I would not go anywhere elseThanks Guys

I am a local and always like to shop local. Well I have had 2 great experienced with Wynnum Marine already. Not only are the staff knowledgeable and provide awesome service but they have been cheaper on both purchases that I have made recently. I purchased flares on my first visit and a pwc life jacket on my 2nd visit. A case where being the cheapest doesn't compromise on quality of product or customer service. Would highly recommend.
