Customer service is terrible, the elder lady saw me waiting and I was next in line, ignore my presence and walked off, another customer walked in got served before I did while I was thans waiting by the counter than another staff notice me waiting and ask the elder lady to serve me which she seemed annoyed. No customer recognition. Will never shop in there again.

This place is alright, my main problem was that the Pokémon TCG vivid voltage packs firstly were way too overpriced than any other store and secondly I bought two packs and both had their rare and special rare cards replaced with other dud cards. Though their pop vinyl collection is very different to other stores in a good way. All around this is not a good place for Pokémon cards though a good place for Pop vinyls
