We have always had a great experience hiring from Graham & Suzanne.The communication is great, pick up and drop off very straight forward and the vans are so well equipped. We hired the StarCraft over Easter and it was so comfortable, clean and well fitted out.

Hired a 17foot jayco for a 4 week trip, Adelaide to Darwin. Van was fully equiped and had no issues at all. Was given a rundown of the van before we headed away and had everything explained. Was a really good process as we didnt have our own van.Did a fair bit of research before booking. These guys came in as the cheapest and best option. No worries about the booking been cancelled or van being sold before we picked it up. If we need a van again no hesitation will use these guys again

Hired our first caravan with Graham with only just over a weeks notice and the process was seemless. He had all the gear we needed and didn't even think about inside the van ready for us to find. Hired a 16ft van with ensuite for almost 3 weeks . Traveled around Yorke Peninsula and onto Whyalla. The van was great. Everything as it should be. Great management. Hired a Jayco caravan from Getaway Caravan Hire. Since it was out first caravan experience we had no idea what to expect. Graham explained everything we needed to know and it was a seamless process. We ended up doing 3500km through Kings Canyon and Uluru with no problems.We highly recommend them !!

First time hiring a van and first time reviewing. Our intent was to go to a caravan park with 10 families over long weekend, we couldn't all fit so found alternative camp site only 15 minutes away full of caravans and amenities.You were the only one to keep the bond on us out of everyone who hired their vans. After an attempt to compromise you still decided to take the full bond $800.00. There was no damage to the van and returned in an extremely clean condition as I mentioned I treated the van like it was ours. The gas bottle was empty and fridge did not work even if we had been in the caravan park on unpowered site we couldn't use fridge or gas bottle.You need to verbalize to customers not hidden in the terms and conditions you are only allow 2km off road and that you will be tracked and all the bond kept. The depreciation of the van was your reasoning, you could have done the right thing and returned our bond even gone 50/50 to be fair and reasonable.

We hired the expanda to go to Coffin Bay, and the van was really good to tow and was very clean. All amenities promised were in the van. Graham was really good at explaining on the dos and don'ts on the van.Overall, it was a really good experienceWould hire again
