WAY TO GO TRANSPORT
Had a car at the Pickles auctions, paid and organised the transport the same day, a month later we received an e-mail from Pickles, telling us the car was still in their yard, waiting to be picked up. Impossible to get hold of staff, won't answer phone calls, and when they do, they blame everyone else. Stay away at all costs!

One of the way to go vehicle transport drivers just about ran us off the road in busy traffic. Never have I witnessed such dangerous and aggressive behaviour on the road. All the more outrageous given the traffic jam was as a result of a serious accident. Appalling.

My experience was amazing with way to go.. my brand new car arrived safely and the driver who delivered was very helpful and polite.. i will definitely use and recommend them again. :)

Rude staff. Don't fulfil contracts if a more lucrative one pops up. For example car delivery schedule but if it rains they won't deliver so they can make more money on emergency towings. They make appointments and don't show up on the day. When you call them they just say, yeah not today mate. Maybe tomorrow. Maybe don't go into business? Bottom line. Don't use these people unless everyone else has Corona and can't make it.

Very happy with the service that Christy and Courtney provided. Despite the pandemic in Melbourne, my car arrived much earlier than many other transport companies I dealt with in the past. They also gave me updates patiently when I called them a couple of times. Keep up the great job ladies!
