I've been under the care of merci health for over a year now and I found the staffs especially the CEO of the company Jacob has always been professional and responsive. He does the best he could to make sure I am well looked after under his care, and it has always been so easy to get in touch with him even if it's 11o clock at night ( unlike some other NDIS providers who only reachable during business hours)Highly recommend merci health and the staffs who work for them!
