Over an year I had issues with my canon G3610 ink tank printer. Instead of throwing it and buying another one I went to Mr. Joe and then he fixed the problem within 30 minutes. Very satisfied, affordable and friendly service. Highly recommend.

Today, I brought 2 printers to Able Printer for repairs. Joe was friendly and knowledgeable. He spent about 15 minutes with me explaining the problems with my 2 printers and came to the conclusion that they were not worth repairing. If anyone is looking for a printer repairman who's reliable, professional and most of all honest (which is hard to come by these days), look no further for Mr Joe Chai is the man.
